Pat is responsible for all aspects of design & development of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product in PICK/UniData/System Builder, with interfaces to Microsoft Office.  And she developed a prototype version for PDAs for PICK/UniData/Redback.  Pat also handles .NET development of CRM and order entry accessing SQL and legacy UniData.  She designed & implemented SQL schemas for tables and incorporated localization for product deployment in multiple languages.  Pat also built interfaces between UniData & SQL for accessing and updating legacy data.

Pat designed & developed a custom Dispatching, Billing and Accounts Receivable system in PICK/UniVerse/System Builder for a portable X-Ray company which enabled them to become the leading provider in the greater Los Angeles area.  And she developed electronic billing for multiple Insurance companies and Government agencies.  Pat was also responsible for UniVerse System Administration.

Pat was responsible for all programming for a suite of Freight Forwarding and related Accounting products for PICK/PRIME INFORMATION.  She standardized functionality while allowing a degree of customization.  This resulted in substantial growth of the company's client base.  Pat supervised a team of programmers and assisted junior programmers in skill development.

Pat was responsible for development & implementation of a software package for Diagnostic Laboratory Testing in PRIME/COBOL.  She provided interfaces for real-time capture of test results.  Pat also interfaced with multiple clients to ensure the software was marketable to a wide audience.
